This is a 3 month fitness program for teens ages 14 – 17 to get in shape or stay in shape over the summer months. The classes start on June 1st and go until August 31st and will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4pm. They are organized group classes with a certified coach instructing and watching at all times. The workouts will consist of strength training, endurance training, agility movements, plyometric exercises, running, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastic skills and functional movements that any kid of any fitness level can perform. The kids will be taught how to perform the exercises properly to ensure their safety. Space is limited so to ensure a spot in this program we encourage people to sign up as soon as possible.
