  1. Hi, I’m super interested in checking out your classes. I’m not new to crossfit, but it’s been about 6 months since my last crossfit style workout. I’m also an avid mountain biker so my cardio is still pretty decent. When is a good time to swing in? I work about a mile from your gym.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

      1. Hey Eddie,

The WOD is designed to be done with a partner. You don’t need to bring a partner cause some people come alone or there might be someone that doesn’t have a partner and then you can pair up with them. If not then I’ll partner up with you. It’s open to the public so it doesn’t have any of the difficult lifts but the workouts run the same way that a regular class would run.

  2. Suggestions for a first timer…. The intro class or fundamentals class?. I understand the fundamental classes build upon one another. Which fundamental class would be the first one? I would be new to Cross Fit but not new to Weight training. Thanks!

    1. Hi Mike,

Anyone looking to join the CrossFit classes needs to take the Fundamentals course which is a mandatory 5 day course before they can start the regular classes. That also comes with signing up for a 1 year membership.

  3. I am traveling to your area and wanted to find a box to attend for some workouts. I have been doing crossfit for three plus years. Can I just show up at either the 5 or 6 pm class Monday through Friday or Saturday partner wod at 9 and pay the drop in fee? Thanks. Jill

    1. Hi Jill, yes you can drop into either one of those classes for the week and the Sat. partner WOD at 9. Just so you know, the 6pm on Tue. and Thurs. are more of a beginner bootcamp style class so if you’re looking for CrossFit on those days then you should attend the 5pm class.

      Thanks!!

  4. Hello Crossfit Rhythm,

I would like to try your fundamentals/first class Monday Feb 1@7pm. Do you have room for a beginner?

    Thanks,
    Michael
