  2. i am interested in the beginners classes. how long do you stay in the beginners class at that rate until have to become a member? I am a new single parent and my time is very limited as well as my cash. However, i need to get healthy for myself and my kids.

    1. Hi Marion, thank you for your interest!! You can stay in the beginners class as long as you like and the rate does not change. There is no time limit and you do not have to become a member.

    I’m currently a student going to school out of the country for most of the year, but while I’m home on breaks (the summer months – May until the end of July – and mid December into mid January) I would be interested in giving CrossFit a try. I am completely new to it, and with my difficult schedule (only being home for a few months) I was curious as to which plan you would recommend I go with?

    1. Hi Savana! Thank you for taking an interest in our place and CrossFit in general!! I would recommend you start with the Beginner CrossFit program that runs on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6pm. When you get home feel free to stop in to check the place out and we can answer any other questions you might have as well as set you up in the program that is best for you.

    1. Hello! The beginner class is only $39.99 month. The class has limited days and times. The $99.99 is unlimited CrossFit and requires a fundamental course. If any other questions please stop in any open class time. Thank you!

  5. I recently moved into the area. I was a full time member of true glory crossfit in East Stroudsburg until I moved here. I was interested in the “drop in” workouts for behemoth my work schedule allows

    1. Hi Victoria! First of all, welcome to the area! If you are just looking to do drop-ins then you have 2 options. You can either pay per class which is $20 a class or you can buy a 10 class punch card for $100. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! I hope to see you in class! Take care!

    1. Hi Sorangel! No need to sign up for the class online, just show up about 10 mins. early to fill out the waiver form. There is no charge for doing your first beginners class. I look forward to meeting you and if you have any other questions please ask. Take care!

  7. Yes I had a few questions for you. I don’t have much experience with this but my girlfriend and I have been going to the gym for about a year and don’t really like the machine to machine workout style. We like more of the natural but harder work workouts. We are very average in our fitness level do you think we would fit in to this kind of environment and would this be a good fit for us?

    1. Hi John! Those are great questions and actually very common questions. I’ve been asked those many times before and my response is always the same. I think CrossFit is the perfect place for you and your girlfriend!! You can watch the video we have posted under the “What Is CrossFit” tab to see what CrossFit is all about. Every Monday at 7pm is a free intro class if you and your girlfriend would like to come in and try it out tomorrow. All fitness levels are welcome, nobody judges you and no previous knowledge is needed. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask. I hope to hear from you soon!

    1. Hi Dori, sorry for the delayed response. We don’t have a beginners class but you can come in during our open hours to check the place out and talk about the options that we offer.

    1. Hi Michelle! We actually offer a free trial week to anyone interested in trying it out. You can come to any of our classes (Monday-Saturday) for one week for free.
