Fundamentals Course: (Optional with yearly membership)
It teaches the basic fundamental movements that a person will need to know how to do when participating in a regular CrossFit class. This course is recommended for every member to take before entering a regular CrossFit class. The classes will be an hour long and consist of a warm up, skill lesson, WOD or (workout of the day), a cool down and a discussion period. Each class will build on the next so it is highly recommended that a person makes every class in concession or schedule a personal session to get caught up before the next class. The focus is to learn how to safely and properly perform each movement as well as being introduced to the structure, terminology and atmosphere of a CrossFit class.
