I created this Hero WOD to honor a local hero and fallen warrior Brad Fox!!! I had the pleasure of serving with him in the Marine Corps!! Brad spent 10 years in the Marine Corps, served 2 combat tours in Iraq and spent 5 years on the Plymouth Township Police Force!! On September 13, 2012 (the eve of his 35th birthday) Brad was killed in the line of duty. RIP brother, this ones for you!!! Semper Fi!!!!
