1:1 – Kettlebell Swings (53# / 35#) : Burpees

2:2 – Kettlebell Swings (53# / 35#) : Burpees

3:3 – Kettlebell Swings (53# / 35#) : Burpees

*keep increasing the reps for each kettlebell swing and burpee by 1 until the seven minutes is up.  So the next number in the sequence would be 4 kettlebell swings and 4 burpees and so on.*
